Do you need to make some extra money quickly? Is the rent due and you're not sure how you're going to pay it. Well don't worry because I've got just the solution, how would you lie to get paid for surveys. Yes you heard me right; you can get paid for completing surveys in your spare time.

Getting paid for surveys is an excellent way to earn a little extra cash working only the hours you want, when you want. But don't make the mistake of thinking this is some get rich quick scheme, because it isn't. It's a legitimate way to earn some money. Many of the world's largest companies invest millions of dollars in market research every year, and you can help take some of it off their hands.

The work is fun to do and will only take you a few minutes each day. In return you'll be providing companies with valuable information which they use to improve existing products and create new ones. Just think of the buzz you'll get when Sony launches a new product which you had a hand in developing.

Before you get carried away though and start signing up to every survey network you can find, here's a word of warning. Many websites have sprung up recently that claim to offer the highest paid surveys, but charge a fee for access. This is a complete and utter scam, so please don't fall for it.

All the legitimate survey providers make their money by claiming a percentage of the money offered to you. So the more surveys they get click ads and get paid to complete the more money they'll make. It stands to reason therefore that if a company is trying to charge you for access upfront they can't have many, if any surveys to offer, stick to the main providers and you'll be just fine.

But that brings me to my second point, you can make money from just one survey provider but you'll be severely limiting your income. It's a much better strategy to sign up to a few providers to get the maximum number of surveys. Then you can simply search through all the surveys you receive and pick out the most lucrative ones.

Another good Idea if you're serious about completing paid surveys is to create a separate Gmail account just for your survey work. You can then create labels for each of the survey providers, (Check your Gmail account to find out how) this will make your life a lot easier when it comes to searching through and finding the most lucrative surveys to complete.
